Man denied bail over toddler's electrocution

A MAN charged with the electrocution murder and sexual assault of a Sydney toddler has been refused bail.
William Thomas Clare, 33, appeared in Goulburn Local Court today, charged with the murder and aggravated sexual assault of three-year-old Justin Allan Larking.
Police launched an investigation in 2003 after the boy was electrocuted at a home in Croydon, in Sydney's inner west.
Homicide detectives today charged Mr Clare over his death.
They will allege Mr Clare was caring for the toddler when he died.
As many as 10 burn marks were allegedly found on the boy's chest.
Mr Clare did not apply for bail during his brief court appearance and it was formally refused.
The matter was adjourned to Sydney's Central Local Court on April 27.
New South Wales Community Services Minister Reba Meagher today told Parliament that, according to a report from the Ombudsman, the boy's mother left her children in the care of two men she met at a railway station just before Justin died.
"The Department of Community Services was not aware of her decision to place her children in the hands of these two men," Ms Meagher said.
"The details of this case are tragic and deeply disturbing."

This little boy died whilst the man charged with his murder was having ANAL sex with him , he passed out and choked on his vomit his rapist tried to revive him with repeated electrical shock's from a power cord pluged into a power point.

Police found a video on the premises of this man raping his 6 year old sister as well as the little boy.
